You will need this:

1. You have the options of:
a.pressing f11 (takes a picture your whole quake screen)
b. /screenshot (takes a picture of your console and anything under)
c. printscreen loacted above your number pad (takes a screenie of your whole screen)

2. For options 'a' and 'b' go to your Q3 folder, then go to baseq3. After that you will see screenshots go there to find your screenshot. If its not there it may be under another folder thats in your main screen in Q3 folder.
4. Now go down to "Hotlink for forums (1)" and copy and paste it onto where ever you want your picture.
After you open your screenshot you should save it as jpeg. And your can lower the quality to make it upload faster. I recommend these settings on this picture. Also save it as shown.

For option 'c' you will need to go to paint and press Crtl + V This will paste your screenshot into it. Then just save it =.=
4. Now go down to "Hotlink for forums (1)" and copy and paste it onto where ever you want your picture.
