First of all, you will need an imagestore website account, wer u can store pictures. Eg: www.photobucket.com www.imageshack.us
^Upload ur picture in one of these websites. Then copy the url of ur uploaded picture. Then click this button >> << when u want to post ur picture in this forum. Then finally, paste the url inside the img box.
